Sandals Resorts International - Entertainment Manager
The successful application will be responsible for planning various types of entertainment and activities on resort and for ensuring that all social and cultural events are well-coordinated. The Entertainment Manager will act as the main source of information for the guests as it related to on-property activities and events and is responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Experience or certification in Event Management and Project Management would be an asset

Payroll Manager
Payroll Manager – OJO Labs
Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia
We are looking for a Payroll Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a payroll-related role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor laws and will be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an acute attention to detail. Prior experience managing a direct report is a plus!
Basic Duties:

Process bi-weekly payroll from end to end
-
Manage the time-keeping process and timekeeper
-
Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including tax withholdings and other garnishments
-
Maintain & administer the payroll system and files
-
Manage the time-keeping process in conjunction with HR and management personnel
-
Verify all overtime hours, sick leave and other paid time-off hours with the timekeeper and other appropriate management personnel prior to issuing payroll checks
-
Remit payroll file to bank and related tax agencies on time
-
Assist in audits and other governmental inquiries
-
Conduct payroll-related training at the departmental level as needed
-
Assist employees and HR with payroll related questions

OJO Labs is seeking a talented, experienced support person to join our HR team in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1(+) year of HR related experience. Basic working knowledge of the HR function including labor laws and proper documentation is required. Basic duties to include:

Perform clerical duties such as job letters and visa letters

Manage filing for all documents

Assist with insurance applications/ enrollments and claims

Assist with preparation of documents for new hires (contracts, etc)

Sorting and filing of applications for potential candidates
-
Assisting employees with NIC issues (ex: certified sick leave, follow-ups on cheques and NIC contributions)
-
Maintaining database for equipment issued to employees
-
Assisting with payroll adjustments (ex: salary deduction forms for loans and saving accounts)
-
Assisting with PAF for any changes made to employee's contract, salaries and promotions
-
Other duties as necessary
